The Somersett Communications Committee is preparing a series of short surveys that will allow all residents to communicate with the SOA Board about a wide variety of subjects including landscaping, budgets, Town Center amenities, golf, voting, future projects and more!

The surveys will be short and easy to complete on your phone or computer. Doing it digitally saves the cost of printing and mailing, and results in better data for the SOA Board.

The surveys will be sent out in our enewsletters and VIA A NEW TEXTING OPTION, which you will have to opt-in to receive. If you want to be notified of these surveys via text, please make sure that we have your CELL PHONE NUMBER on file.

Here’s how to check or add your cell phone to our database:

  • Go to, click on the Login button in the top right of your screen and enter your credentials (if you haven’t registered, skip to “How to self-register’’ instructions below).
  • Select My Account from the dropdown menu in the top left corner of your screen.
  • Under Contact Information, add your cell phone. (We will be sending out a mass invite to all residents who have cell phones registered inviting them to opt-in to text messaging. Once you opt-in, you still have the option to opt-out at any time.)

HOW TO SELF-REGISTER: In the FirstService Residential Login section, click on Not Registered? Enter the email or mobile phone number associated with your account, and check your email (or if you entered a phone number, your text messages) for an invitation to create a password. Once you receive your invitation, you can go back to the site and log in with your email or phone number and your new password.

If you get a message that your email/phone number doesn’t exist, please call the SOA office at 775-787-4500 OR the FirstService Residential Customer Care Center at 775-624-9152 and give us your preferred email or mobile phone number, and we can enter it in the system for you. Once this is done, proceed with the “self-register” instructions above.

Thank you! We look forward to hearing what you think about Somersett!
