Do you want to learn to control stress? Maintain balance in your life? Learn how to “awaken the healer inside’’ to help fight ailments? We’re excited to introduce Bruce Knowlton’s Mind-Body Wellness Training designed to help you achieve all of these goals and more.

This class will teach you how to fight fatigue, stress and lack of focus, ease back and neck pain, correct poor sleep patterns, and improve time management and communications skills through visualization, breath work, nutritional guidance and mindfulness training.

Master teacher Bruce Knowlton is a Certified Natural Health Coach and is a National Certified Master in Tai Chi and a Chi Kung Instructor. He has been active in the internal healing arts for over 10 years and has expertise in energy work and relaxation.

New students are welcome!

When: Mondays from 5:30-6:30 pm and Fridays from 8-9 am starting Sept. 7.

  1. Hi, we have been unable to attend so far, but are wondering if this is will be an ongoing class? If so, are we able to sign up and start anytime, or are there specific starting times?

      Yes, this is an ongoing class which meets from 5:30-6:30 pm on Mondays and from 8-9 am on Fridays. There’s no need to pre-register and you are welcome to attend any session. Just give your name at the concierge desk when you arrive. Hope to see you there!
