Meet the Club’s new personal trainer, Josh
Josh Nicholls, a native of England, became a personal trainer to help others achieve their fitness goals. He works with clients one-on-one to develop personalized programs to help them target the areas they want to improve.
Josh has worked in the fitness industry for four years and has taught circuit training, spin and kettlebells. He also has conducted one-on-one consulting sessions to help his clients understand how to use the equipment correctly, learn new exercises and gain knowledge about fitness.
In his free time, Josh enjoys watching sports such as football and MMA, and he is a history buff as well.
