Angela’s fitness journey began over a decade ago in graduate school when she needed a way to destress that wasn’t coffee and cheesecake. The positive energy and wide variety of group fitness classes was just what she was looking for. Fast-forward to today, she is still a fan of coffee and cheesecake but she’s moved from the back of the class to the front. Angela strives for her class participants to sweat with a smile. When she’s not at the gym, she can be found hanging out with her husband and son, dressing her cat up in cute outfits, and staying up way too late watching Netflix.
