After surviving stage 3 cancer, Erika began to research and understand the direct correlation between a healthy, fit body and the prevention of disease.  She became a certified personal trainer in order to help others live their best and healthiest lives.

Erika enjoys working with all ages and fitness levels, and is known for her motivational skills and upbeat attitude. She loves getting to know her clients and creating individualized programming based on their specific goals, and watching them transform.

In her personal life, Erika enjoys historical costuming, hiking, camping, travel, and spending time with her husband and three boys.

Erika is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a personal trainer.
