Highlights from the Oct. 17 Board Meeting
General Manager’s Report: Two bids for crosswalk lighting, both under budget; fire fuel consultant contract is moving forward; pool slide project is scheduled to begin the week of Oct. 22.
Management proposals: Six bids received. Decision was deferred until the Board reconvenes on Oct. 24.
Snow Removal Proposals: Accepted Signature Landscape proposal for Town Square (only bid returned) and Reno Green for SOA common area.
Holiday lighting: Proposal to purchase additional lighting for roundabouts and main guard entrance monument at a cost of $21,500 did not pass. Motion to install and take down lighting at the Club ($2300) passed.
Back Nine Trail median: Approved Toll Brothers’ request to remove median off of Roundabout 6 in order to access work site. Toll Brothers will replace median when finished.
- 2019 General Common TCTC, Town Square and Gates budgets approved. No increase in monthly assessments for General Common/Canyon 9 ($92), The Club at Town Center ($89) and Gates/Private Streets ($54).
- 2019 General Common, TCTC and Gates Reserve Study Updates approved.
- Approved Finance Committee’s recommendation of a special assessment of $1200 for 2019 with $600 due on Jan. 1, 2019, and $600 due on June 1, 2019. A statement will be mailed in December for the January payment, which is past due after 1/31 and subject to late fees. A similar statement will be mailed in May for the June payment.
