The Club is getting ready to reopen!
The Club at Town Center and most of its amenities will reopen to members very soon, thanks to the Governor’s recent easing of COVID-19 restrictions. The Board has approved guidelines to mitigate the spread of the coronavirus and management staff is working hard to get all of the pieces in place. We will have more detailed information, including an opening date, next week. Please check back here for more news as it becomes available!
SOA offices are open from 8 am to 5 pm weekdays, and until the Club reopens, staff members may be accessed by phone or email only – no on-site visits are permitted. Call 775-787-4500 or email email@example.com. Here is a staff directory.
Staff is not available on weekends, but FirstService Residential’s Customer Care line is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at 775-624-9152.
We cannot accept payments in person until the Club reopens, so please pay your assessments in one of these three ways:
- Mail your check via U.S. mail (see the address below). Please make sure your address and/or account number is on your check.
- Through online line banking (have bank mail your check to the address below).

No late fees
We recognize that many residents have experienced financial hardships as a result of the pandemic, so from March 1-May 31, late fees and interest will be waived on all accounts.
