Cindy Payton returns with this high energy, heart-pumping cardio class that mixes basic-to-intermediate step choreography with strength training intervals in a variety of fun styles! Different levels of intensity are provided to ensure everyone gets the most out of their workout. This is an excellent cross-training class for all skill and fitness levels.
