Slurry seal project begins May 29
Slurry seal work has been rescheduled and will close private streets in Somersett beginning on Tuesday, May 29. See this map for a schedule. Streets affected include:
Day 1 (Tuesday, May 29): Eagle Chase Trail, Birkdale Court, Woodbridge Court, Back Nine Trail (upper portion), Back Nine Court, Fairway Hills Trail, Crescent Point Court, Crescent Point Way. Since Tuesday is garbage day, Waste Management will pick up garbage early – before the slurry seal work begins on these streets. Be sure to place your bins out Monday evening.
Day 2 (Wednesday, May 30): Eagle Bend Trail, Chalk Ridge Court, Eagle Bend Court, Back Nine Trail (middle portion), Golfwood Court, the northernmost portion of Elk Run Trail, access road at bottom of Gypsy Hill Trail.
Day 3 (Thursday, May 31): Back Nine Trail (the lower portion that accesses Del Webb Parkway East), the northernmost portion of Huntley Trail, the bottom of Gypsy Hill Trail, Woodcrest Court.
- Streets will be CLOSED to all traffic from 8 am to 5:30 pm on the days scheduled. You may park on an adjacent street and walk on the sidewalk if you need access to your residence during those times.
- Sierra Nevada Construction will provide door hanger notification and will post cones notifying of street closures 24 hours or more before the work begins.
- This schedule is tentative and may change due to weather delays. We will renotify if needed.
