Are you looking to double down on your fitness routine in 2018? Along with returning favorites such as Spin, Pickleball and Boot Camp, starting  January 1 The Club at Town Center has some new fitness classes for you to try:

Stretch 15 with Christy: A 15-minute cool down class that focuses on stretching to increase flexibility. Mondays 12:30-12:45 pm and Fridays 11:35-11:50 am

Yoga Jam with Linda: High-energy vinyasa flow, up-beat music, a good sweat and deep stretching to jumpstart your week. Stress less, jam more!  Mondays 5:30-6:30 pm

Meditation with Linda: A 15-minute mindful meditation practice to nurture a sound mind and enhance personal wellness.  Wednesdays from 9:30-9:45 am


And these classes have new days and/or times:

Pickleball additional time: Fridays 9:45-11:45 am

Pickleball on Mondays is now 12:45-3:15 pm

Tai Chi Easy on Tuesday nights moves to Monday nights from 5-6 pm

Doubles Tennis has a new time: Mondays and Wednesdays from 10:30 am – 12:30 pm
